I’ve got food on my mind. GOOD food. After “indulging” in a three day detox juice cleanse (that REALLY ONLY lasted one full day) and enduring 1-2 juices per day along with 1-2 healthly-ish meals, I’ve been wanting to cook, bake, and eat. Here are a few of my pinterest finds that I can’t stop drooling over.
Let’s start with breakfast. Doesn’t this buttermilk blueberry breakfast cake look ridiculously divine?
How about this quinoa salad for lunch?
Or these blood orange roasted brussels spouts for dinner? (Can you tell I’m into brussels sprouts lately?)
And we can’t forget dessert. How about baking these little chocolate chip banana bread bites that are made with greek yogurt (that could easily be doubled for breakfast…)!
