Each year I take a challenge to read more books than I did last year. I know…nerd. Here’s the 2011 book list. The bolded ones were my favorites.

  1. I’ve been told War of Art is really good by a few people. So I guess I should give it a go? If you’ve never read Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance or any Wendell Berry, that would be my recommendation!

  2. I just finished Rules of Civility by Amor Towles. Beautifully descriptive writing about NYC in the end of the depression era. Good read.

  3. Just read a book titled Same Kind of Different as Me. Easy read and has a challenge to the Christian – well maybe more than one challenge.

  4. water for elephants (loved, much better than movie)
    The Help (surprised by how much I loved the movie)
    the B-I-B-L-E (a constant read )
    about 3 others that didnt make a mark on my memory as to what they were haha
